Start problem

I have 93 f350 super duty 4 door 7.3 it
started having battery issues but the
battery's allways checkup ok ,I have new
glow plugs fuel filter and fuel pump . It
would not start unless block heater is
plugged even with temps at 30 and above
.when you crank if it does not start quickly
it starts dragging and eventualyacts like
dead battery's
