Does anybody know what could cause this to happen?

I have a '02 F-250 with the 7.3l Powerstroke, it will start and run for 20-25 minutes and
die. You cant start it again until you unhook the battery cables and let it set for about 4
hours then you can start it die again in 20-25 minutes. I've replaced the batteries and
alternator, checked the fuel pressure and replaced the cam shaft position sensor.
