Because you broke the steering column.
You broke it open, let me guess, with a hammer and screwdriver, punched ignition, now you have to ask?
It takes all of about five minutes to change an ignition switch, especially if there is no computer chip in the key and you decided to take a maul to it. OK, keep banging away until until it works. Cannot believe you took a maul to a 25 year old vehicle. Hope is was junk before.
OJ..whats a matter witchu? A bigger hammer is ALWAYS the answer, eh?
LOL, nice one Fordnut. Sadly it's true though. I'm shocked no one in here has yelled "HAMMER TIME" yet.
This is actual photo of my tool box. My only tool box.
Well I do have a $200 Actron CP 9580A OBDII scanner, but I don't keep it in toolbox. It makes a good wheel chock.
Yep FordNut. If one cannot get if off with an 18 lb sledge hammer, don't force it.
