The KBB does not go back to '88 but in my neighborhood any running truck not totally thrashed is worth a minimum of $2k

Depends on the shape or condition of the truck. Is it 2wd or 4wd. We just sold a 1989 4x4 like yours here for $400 but had all most 300,000 on it. 300 inline 6 cyl 4 speed with 4:11 possie gears front and rear was also pready rusty

Follow eBay auctions to see the selling price of similar trucks. Print out the ones that you would want to show to your buyer.

You have a twenty-five year old truck averaging 5K miles per year. Not driving any vehicle sufficiently can cause all kinds of problems. If the truck looks good and not like it came out of a Rambo movie, your value is going to be in it's appearance.

I have a 1989 f-150 single cab short wheel base, fuel injection, has the 302 in it and it's 2wd. My husband is wondering what the value on her is. She is excellent condition. I just did a tune up and she's not using a bit of oil. Has only 94,500 original miles. Please help

I have a 1988 f150 xlt lariat standard cab with a 5.8litre with 77k original I am the third owner!! My dad was the 2nd! He didn't really drive it the last couple years before he passed!! He bought it off an old farmers wife who bought it when it was brand new!! From what I understand she only used it to for groceries and light stuff!! It was always garaged and kept up!! The last couple years it has seen some weather in my drive way!! But still looks amazing!! Not a dent to be found or rust!! It runs amazing has lots of power!! Wonder if it's really worth anything??

Nick: Neighbor just purchased a 2007 Chevy pickup from a widow where the vehicle was garage kept, immaculate, with 22K miles for 7G's. I doubt you will get enough to pay off the mortgage with a 30 year old vehicle, but may fetch 5K or so to the right person.
