Headlights stay on until I pull fuses

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was told by the Ford garage to replace the headlight switch, I did with no results. I was then told to change the multi function switch(turn signal) and still no change in status.

What year is the Expedition? Have to look for a schematic to see how it's supposed to work.

I did find a pair of diagrams. The headlight and multi function switches both send inputs to a smart junction box (SJB). The SJB may also be called a lighting control module.
