I got no signal, hazard, or brake lights on 2008 ford E-350 truck. What is the cause?

the fuses...let's see which one(s) are responsible~ take a look at fuse 3 and fuse 5...see if you can find a blown fuse~

Judge _Roy has the answer I would go with as well.
Your entire concern centers around your Turn Signal/Multifunction Switch. If all of the fuses are good and power is supplied, I'd go there next. Try repeatedly switching the Hazard switch - it collects dirt and debris over time - the other thing that commonly happens the wires at the connector on the back of the switch break or come unplugged easily. Easy to pull the steering column cover and check.
thank you very much my 1996 Ford E 250.my problem was with the emergency Hazzard it was dirty and corroded the only thing I had available to clean it with was starter fluid which is ether and I just sprayed a whole bunch on there and wored it up and downand my turn signals came back to working and emergency flashers started working again as well. thank you very much I would not have come up with that without checking and googling that and getting you guys.
Yo...Steve...call Kerry Lawley 386-627-6287.
The turn signals and hazards were not working on work van. I checked bulbs and fuses. I then repeatedly depressed hazard switch about 30 times and then turn signals and hazard flashers started to work.

I used the advice of 72mavrick (repeatedly depressing the hazard switch) and the turn signals began working.
