WE HAVE A 2001 FORD 350 SUPER DUTY 4/4. WHEN WE TRIED TO PUT FUEL IN THE TRUCK IT COMES OUT FROM UNDER THE PANEL BEHIND THE FILL PIPE.  IT IS NOT FULL, MAYBE HAVE RUN 100 MILES SINCE LAST FILL UP. FUEL GUAGE HAS BROKEN TOO.

You going to have to get up under the truck to see where exactly it is leaking from. Maybe the fill pipe is cracked or the connection to the tank is bad, or a gasket needs replacing. Don't wait, you don't want a fire. The fuel guage is another issue, and it might be the sending unit in the fuel tank, a wiring issue to the guage, or the guage itself.
