locked brakes on a 94 camry.

About: Toyota Camry

the right rear brake is locked. parking brake is off.  I have tried to force it free by driving it but the rear tire just drags & will not spin.  any ideas?

the best thing to do it take the brakes apart and see if you can find anything binding. could be a caliper piston or stuck cables for e brake, etc. wasnt such a good idea to drive it around even if you manage to get the wheel to start spinning you would have created more problems liek fried brakes.

are you sure it is brakes? It could also be locked wheel bearings

Sounds like a stuck brake caliper piston, take it apart and rebuild it, or replace it with a new or rebuilt unit. From my experience Toyota are known for having seized calipers
