Does anyone know what the fuel pressure for a 1988 Buick Reatta should be?

35 psi or more.. tried changing the fuel filter? if clogged it coould be the problem. fuel filter is located at the reatta's left bottom of firewall.

Thanks Jason, just changed the fuel filter yesterday. Sadly, not the problem, am going to change spark plugs & wires (again). Just had a new transmission put in in December.
