How do you realign the windshield wipers on a 1993 Buick Park Avenue?

My wipers don't seat all the way down when they're off and leave a large gap at the bottom when in service. How can I realign them?

Its probably caused by where the arm meets the motor. You would have to check down there to see if everything is aligned at the motor.
