wuts a good suction gun for fixing dents?

i own a 2001 audi a4 1.8 T quattro and about a month ago it hailed while the car was on the driveway.... now i have a bunch of small bumps all over the roof and hood and i was wondering wuts a good suction gun i could buy to fix the damage???
