my 08 nissan altima keeps eating belts i just replace the tention and top right idler

it was squeking so i replaced the tention then all hell broke loose and i cant keep a belt
what should i do?

Check the other idler,may be bad,and double check the alinement of the belt,may be something like bad power steering pump,or even alternator,hanging up.
