gas smell

just did a whole bunch of work to my z32 over the winter and now im getting an incredibly strong smell of gas in the cockpit only, nowhere else, no smell outside the car or underhood. work i did includes disabling the egr, disabling the aiv, replacing most of the vacuum lines, replacing the fuel flex lines, replacing most of the oil seals, timing belt, iac valve, all ccv and iac hoses, engine wiring harness, and i think thats it. any ideas?
