Castrol Edge 5-30, or 0-30 . _________________________________ www.dvdvideosoft.com

I would recommend Castrol 5/30 full synthetic oil. We have seen the benifits first hand from performing thousands of oil services. Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks Chris http://www.metricsystemsautoservice.com/
