I have replaced my timing belt and water pump twice on my TL which now has 210000 miles on it. The local Honda/Acura specialist in central N J charged between 500 - 700 to complete service. Good Luck PJS

He's going to be close with that, but on the lower end I'd say. The common price when you think of getting this done is ~$1k. If you do some research, find a local specialist like hopewellpat did, you can greatly reduce your costs. Just do some checking, and make sure that the shop does good work. I've had my timing belt/water pump replaced and it was about $700.
