depends on transmission gear ratio's on that car my 1.8 8v 97 golf would go 195kmh with a cold air and 2.5 exhaust from cat back. 1/4 mile was about 15.3, your car is about 400-500 lbs light so should get better than mine. run that engine on 91 octane min or it won't perform well
