'74 Super beetle will start but cuts out when aplying throttle

Installed tune up kit few weeks back(points,plugs,wires,etc)Started cutting out
randomly,but would get going again.Gotten to the point now where starts but give it
throttle and cuts right out.

fuel delivery problem too high or too low fuel. Vaccum leak, timing might be off.
