my 2003 pt cruiser speedometer and odometer with 31000 miles not working any more every thing else
works fine no check engine light on, replaced with used one with 111000 miles. should it change back
to the orig 31000 miles.

The mileage might have to be set at the dealership. It is stored in the car's computer but it might not change the odometer display.
