Check fuse,s,and speed sensor,all so check for loose ground wire,s.

To check the cluster, Perform a cluster check on these vehicles. Ignition OFF. ODO trip button in and hold it there. Ignition to the ON (II) position and wait till the LCDs on the ODO display TEST. release and press the trip button in and the speedo needle will sweep Full and back to Zero, Carry on and press the trip button in and check the Rev Counter, The Temp and fuel gauges, LEDs, LCDS, Ect. When the engine idles. Every seven seconds if there is a slight miss. This indicates there is a harness problem between the PCM and the cluster. Check for an open circuit or plug connection between the PCM and Cluster
