1.3i rocam stutters up to 3000rpm and then goes normal. What could this be?

its eighther the plug wires getting wet and arcing out against the block, or the coil pack is getting wet internally.

Help please, my ford bantam heater just starts while using the ac. The aircon is pouring water in to the car on the pasanger side underneath the dashboard!. And if n switch off the car it starts overheating! So I think that the cooling fan is also not working right! What can the problem be? 5 answers
