I think you meant does the rims of the m3 "fits" on the 323 i sedan??? Yes you can install the bmw m3 rims on sedan by checking rims pcd, offset & centerbore.
Direct bolt-on , no they will not fit. You will need to offset the rear, probally also roll your fenders to make sure they do not rub
