I am looking for a web site that explains some troubleshooting techniques and diagrams of blend door and how to access it. Also, any tips on where to obtain parts would be appreciated.

To get access: remove the glove box and then you will see the actuator. The glove box has about 6 hexagon screws which are simple to remove. Your blend door actuator is malfunctioning. I just replaced one on my 2002 Cadillac Deville. Part cost about 50 dollars
