AC only works sometimes, when it doesnt want to blow towards the passangers it blows on my windshield

Cadillac seville sls 2002, ac only blows towards the passangers sometimes, compressor is fine

Make sure the vents are open. Also make sure you turn on the passenger side a/c button.

sounds like the control in the dash is going out preventing the drivers side from working and the passengers side wont be working for long. take it to a shop that knows how to properly diagnose electrical issues.

Sometimes i hit a bump and it starts blowing towards the driver and passenger but when it is not working properly it blows towards the windshield.

1995 Eldorado My defogger/defroster blower starts to come on then cuts off. Why?

When I push the button on, the blower comes on and starts to clear front windshield then cuts off. The rear defogger works fine.
