i have done all that but still no brake pedal we have replaced the booster and master cylinder and all wheel cylinders and calipers and the proportional valve are combonation valve could the lines be the problem or something else

check lines under car,they run along frame,they metal lines,have someone pump breaks,see if their is anybreak fluid squrting out of line.being metal their could be a rusted out pice of line.
