Is it possible to repair a "short" on my 2010 Acadia radio?

Asked by CajunTV Jan 24, 2015 at 10:55 AM about the Buick Enclave

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

CD/Aux button is malfuctioning, switches between radio and "aux imput device" at random. Have to keep a mp3 plug half way in to have any chance of keeping the radio on.
Very annoying, REALLY don't want to pay and install a new radio because a tiny little wire is bad.
Thanks for any suggestions
