hard start of my car

my car is Chevrolet caprice 2003 v6 3.8L
the problem is hard starting of the car
when i turn the car on all lights come on and then off as usual then the check engine light come on , the car will crank but will not start till the check engine light come off this may take from 5 to 10 minuets .
if the car started, i can turn it off and start it immediately without any problem but if i turn it off may be for 15 minutes the problem will happen again
i have check the car with computer and here is the faults that i found
*p0405 exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) position fault
*p1372 no reference pulses while cranking
*p0740 torque converter clutch (TCC) enable solenoid circuit fault
*p1860 torque converter clutch (TCC) pulse width modulation solenoid fault

Note
  i have changed the crank sensor and still with the problem
  while iam driving the car there is no problem no sound , the car work smoothly and every thing is ok

The TCC should cause no start issues, Are you in Australia? Just curious

You have done your homework. Go ahead and replace the EGR, The EGR valve position sensor is commonly part of the EGR valve. As a result, is failure may require replacement of the EGR valve. Not real expensive or difficult to to yourself

Forgive me, not familiar with KSA? It's just that I was not familiar with that car and discovered it is manufactured In Aust.
