fan control works, cannot control vents no temperature

i recntly replaced my heater control instrument cluster, but I am still not able to control what vent the air comes out of and my temperature control does not work

Hey steeler-- Did you do the work yourself? If so it looks like you have to go back and start over. If you paid someone, go and get your money back. For a look at the heater system the way it should be, go to the following site and then start over-- http://autozone.com/servlet/UiBroker?ForwardPage=/az/cds/en_us/0900823d/80/0e/d6/81/0900823d800ed681.jsp. And get it done quickly. February is supposed to be very cold according to the Weather Bureau. Good luck from Bovan.
