sounds like you need a new starter. no big deal. you can one from auto zone.

if you've never changed one before i suggest you find somebody who has or purchase a repair manual and some basic hand tools. # 1 rule is safety first.

I have 1993 Chevy astro AWD. does anyone know where the neutral safety switch is? my Chilton's book says it's on the steering column...but where? is it under the collar connected to the gear selecter ...
