is it better to buy new t-top headliner or recover the current one?

1996 camaro. Also I cant seem to find visors for 1996 Camaro. Any help?

Recovering is the easiest option and will provide you with a like-new headliner for many years. It's also cheap and can be done yourself, depending how skilled you are. Check out www.headlinerkit.com, they sell kits in the $30-50 range with everything you need.
