I have a 98chevy lumina, and I can't get it to start. I've replaced the starter and the battery and it still won't start. When I got to plug the battery back in one of the fans kicks on but no start.

Check the fuel system first. Clogged fuel filter? Check and make sure fuel pump is working also. If all ok there then check for spark at the spark plugs. You will need a helper to check this. good luck!
