Asked by BUBBARM Apr 30, 2012 at 01:38 PM about the 1999 Chevrolet Suburban

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

FRONT HEADLIGHTS. FLASHING LGHTS AND TURN SIGNALS WORK. WITH KEY ON RIGHT TURU SIGNAL WORKS BUT IF YOU STEP ON THE BRAKES IT WILL START TO FLASH FAST OR IF YOU TURN ON THE HEAD LIGHTS IT WILL FLASH FAST. I HAVE REPLACED THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH, THE FLASHER AND THE CIRCUT BOARD FOR THE TAIL , BRAKE AND SIGNAL.AND ALL OF THE BULBS BUT IT STILL DOES THE SAME THING

sounds like it could possibly be a turn signal switch aka a multifunction switch. get a good writing diagram and a good DVOM and run some tests for resistance and voltage output

You may be low on blinker fluid. Or try adjusting the hydraulic fan cylinoid under the bunker housing.
