I have a clicking noise when I start engine then it stops when I turn engine off it starts clicking then stops

I believe you are hearing the purge control solenoid for the vapor canister but it seems a little loud if you can hear it over the engine noise, the only time you should be able to hear it is on a start up, and for a few seconds after engine shut down, then quiet. Might try to find exactly it is coming from.
