Where is the stock amp in a 2000 camaro
I just had a new stereo and speakers installed at Circuit City. They said they had to disarm/bipass the amp ( I really dont know about this stuff). Anyway, my brother and law checked it out and chhanged the speaker wiring around and the car sounds much better now. But, we cant find the amp they so called bipassed or whetever. I thiught they said it was behind the spare tire, but theres nothing there. I also think I read its in the backseat on the door panel? Anybody help me or have a diagram of where the amp is? GT
go to my guragei dont trust circut city they whoever may have needed an amp and goy yours i know u cant accuse anyone without proof dose sound funny your amp should be on rightside of trunk bolted to what i wouldcall under dash in trunk u know where u would mount rear speakers.if you really need one i totaled a 2000camaro car is at parents house covered up.would be glad to git for you if you want.no charge except shiping cost.i beleave in helping people.also mail in rebates at c.c arent worth a dime.my sister bought a computer 800dollars after 400 dollar mail in rebate never got it.go to my garage my e-mail is on it.if u want tell me where to ship it i will go git it sat.and mail monday if u want.
