this is a strange on, don't know why it sounds like a horn noise at start up, but the only thing I could suggest is to check all of the pulleys associated with the serpentine belt, maybe a bad bearing in one of them.

I have 2007 uplander. Every time I stop and also when start driving I hear a knock (also when I put in reverse even before start driving) when the car bump also. I look for almost a year the problem, went to garage and when the close under the car the screws of suspention parts and engine front bridge it stop for a few day and back. I found my problem finally. The engine have holder parts which connect him to the frame. The holders have few parts just close all the bolts good. I am adding a picture so it will be clear.
