While Im Drivnig Down The Road In My 2003 Silverado 1500 And When I Have The Cruise Control On The Doors Lock And Unlock And The Truck Disables The Cruise Control For At Least 5 Min. What's Wrong With It??? The Also SomeTimes The Battery Light Comes On And The Light With The Lock On It Comes On Too. My Truck Isnt A Flex Fuel Vehicle But It Has The 5.3l V8 And At The Gas Station They Said That It Could Run The E85 And I Did That Recently And Also I Installed A Ipod Interface For My Ipod Through The Plug-In For The XM Radio. Should I Reset My PCM??? If So How Do I Do That????
Wow john you have all kinds of issues here, and it's difficult to tell what is interrelated and what isn't. If these problems are too annoying to live with you need to get to a dealer to have them run the diagnostics at a minimum. The battery light issue has to be run down to see what the problem is there. You have several needles in your haystack and someone has to lay hands on that vehicle. Good luck!
