Why does my 1975 2.0L Porsche 914 smoke (white) after I run it hard and then drive erratically then it quits smoking until I drive it erratically again.

Yes. this one is air cooled. So no chance of coolant due to a cracked block...no? mmmm don't know then.

Has this got Jet-tronic injection? or Bosch? anyways, there is a fuel pressure regulator what may need your attention.

somehow I'm their number 2 porche 914 expert....just 'cause I knew about the jet-tronic from my Datsun and 88 Quantum too- Love these cars, not as much as hamster, but have only a passing knowledge, as my buddy with the 914 has it NOT running more than he had the thing running- THB, you're leaving me with my union suit flap undone and all the vulnabilities exposed, a "howdoo" ==good job dude, would be nice. You could be a robot.
