Ok so my car won't start I put a new starter in and a new starter relay and charger the battery over night and it still won't start. when i try to start it it clicks once and thats the only thing that happens.

Possible bad ground, ignition switch, etc. Electrical gremlins are nightmares.

Well, charging your battery over night does not mean you have a good battery, some battery do charge but not enough therefore you should take it to a autoparts like autozone to get it checked, since it's free to check it anyways and go from there because it really sounds like a battery problem.
