You probably need to consult a repair manual but the basics are pretty simple. Disconnect the battery, remove the wiring to the bad starter noting wire positions (typically only 3), unbolt the starter from its mounting bracket, remove and then reverse the process making sure the gear on the starter aligns with the gear on the engine.
