Your engine is a corporate "W7" code 350 V-8, according to the block code you posted, with a 2-bbl carb and 3 speed auto.......... You can get new harmonic dampers from many sources from $50 to $500. Do not go cheap on this item if you intend to keep this car. Pioneer Street Performer 872011 is a good, economical piece. If you intend to modify this engine in any way, however, I would go for an SFI-approved part.......... Try Summit http://www.summitracing.com/search/part-type/harmonic-balancers/make/pontiac/engine-type/v8/engine-size/5-7l-350/year/1970?SortBy=BestKeywordMatch&SortOrder=Ascending&keyword=harmonic%20damper .
