Yes. On the left side of the dash like the other Pontiacs.

From the pic below, the tach can be seen on the left hand side (red line shown was a dead give away)...I highly doubt the "We Build Excitement" folks would make something a crucial as a tachometer, an "optional accessory"...Hopefully NO company would ever do THAT!!
