is there any brand of radio (with or without a cassette or CD) that would be compatible with the 1984 50th anniversary 300zx steering wheel controls?

I have a 50th anniversary 300zx but the cassette didn't work so I put in another radio that I was TOLD could use the steering wheel controls but after they put it in, they said they were mistaken!

They make adapters for this, are you interested in selling your old radio for parts ?
