How much should I pay for a 1971 Super Beetle, no air, manual, some rust and interior repair needs?
Car is located in AZ?

By some rust, where? If the heater channels are gone $1400 tops. If they are solid and the body looks decent, supers in the midwest go for about $3000.
But a solid car in the midwest is considered scrap metal on the west coast.
