Also, my driver side rear signal and brake lights don't work???  Is it wiring or a ground or...???

Did you check the bulbs on the driver's side?  The brake light and turn signal may share the same bulb/filament.  As for where you can find replacement parts.  Try an Autozone, Carquest, etc.

Tail light plays a vital role, especially while on drive in nights. If something mishaps these work as parking light which prevent accidents in highways.
