why dosn't blinker lites flash on dash work all others

it's possible that the is either a couple bad bubs in the cluster... or there may be some cold soldier points on the cluster as well. at the manufacturer's they run a circuit boards over a wave pool of soldier. To save money a lot of places have cut back on the amount of soldier they use. Unfortunately this results in A LOT of cold soldier points. It costs about 300 to send a dash cluster back to work on it. My recommendation is to find a local electronics store... someone that works on sounds systems, remote starts, security systems, ect. and see if they can trouble shoot it.
