Clutch recently replaced. Shortly after, I had difficulty shifting into second gear. Now, I can't shift into
second at all.

Its possible the clutch work has something to do with it, but if all other gears shift fine, it sounds like you have a internal transmission problem with second gear. Have the person who installed the clutch check it over.
