2003 GLX 4M with 24, 000 miles

Sould i buy this used car for $13500?  It's been an elderly lady's car for it's whole life. Gently used. Just had a few
thousand dollars of work.  Sludgy and some electrical light going off.  Will it have problems becasue it has been sitting
around?  Will I have more service runs for it than I'd like?
