disconnect seatbelt alarm

How do you disconnect the seatbelt alarm.  I do wear my seatbelt all the time but this noise drives me crazy. Thanks

dear sweeneytnc--  If your 2004 Volkswagen Beetle is like most brands I know, it only requires a simple adjustment to your car's computer system to deactivate that annoying seat belt warning.  It will have to be connected to a service computer, so it is a job for your dealership to handle.   Good luck from Bovan.
