Car has not been driven all winter, replaced the battery, spark plugs,Had it towed to a mechanic and they have inspected and searched for everything but the car still does not start, what could be the problem

Air, fuel, spark. Check that the engine is getting all of those then report back

I have 19997 Saturn SL2 but i have not driven it in a year. Bought a new battery but car wont start, could it be something with the fuel injection, the gas does not seem to be coming through.
