There's a plug underneath on the trans. The car must be level and at operating temp to check it. Trans fluid doent evaporate, so if there are no leaks, the fluid level is fine.

There is a plug on the pass side end of the axle housing takes a 10mm or 7/16 socket and long extension, where the pass side axle sticks in the trans housing, may have dirt stuck on it. The engine should be running to check the level. loosen the plug and then start the engine and leave in park, then remove plug, fluid should run out when it is full. pour in fluid in the filler hole on top drivers side of trans, screw on cap there, and watch for it to start to run out. note car needs to be level to do this.
