Mom bought a 03 saab activated the car alarm couldnt figure out how to unarm it now the fan for the air wont blow?

she has to have air because she has MS and is heat intelorerant the fan for the air stoped working after she set the alarm off is this any way connected and where should we start trouble shooting any suggestions are so appreciated!!

The fan shouldn't be anyway connected to the alarm, just a coincidence. If you don't want the alarm set, you must simply use the key to lock the door manually instead of the key fob. To get the fan working again, look for the fuse that controls the blower and pull it out to see if it isn't blown or has corrosion. If that is OK, it could be the fan control module/resistor or the blower motor itself. You'll have to have someone look it over for you.
